LionFish announces the appointment of Litigation Funding Director Clive Hyer and Litigation Funding Manager Neil Rowden
Since launching on 1st May 2020, LionFish Litigation Finance (UK) Limited has quickly established its presence in the market as a unique, forward looking litigation funder. With a significant number of enquiries and an increasing number of transactions on its books, LionFish has made two experienced hires, both with invaluable experience and dynamism, to meet its rapid growth and accelerated growth trajectory.
Neil Rowden has been appointed Litigation Funding Manager as part of a senior internal move within the RBG Holdings plc group, moving from his role as Group Corporate Executive where he managed various finance and administration functions for both Rosenblatt Limited and Convex Capital Limited, a boutique specialist corporate finance business acquired by RBG in 2019. He has been involved in the Legal & Finance profession for over 25 years at the Vestey Group, the London Stock Exchange and Rosenblatt, where he headed up the Finance and Administration departments.
Clive Hyer joins as Litigation Funding Director. Clive was admitted as a solicitor in 1986 and built a formidable reputation as a Litigation Solicitor, specialising in complex, high value, and high-profile dispute resolution. Well known for his excellent tactical and strategic analysis skills as well as commercial nous, Clive has also built some exceptional relationships with UK and international clients. After 22 years as a partner at Rosenblatt, Clive joins LionFish where, as Litigation Funding Director, he will leverage his experience and relationships to support the growth of the business across its origination, underwriting and monitoring capabilities.
